Customer Success Manager – MEA Region

About the role

Camunda is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. In this fully remote position you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them achieve their business goals with Camunda’s AI‑driven orchestration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of MEA enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute customer success plans that define KPIs, stakeholder maps, and product adoption strategies.
• Drive retention and expansion by aligning Camunda technology with customers’ business strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and act as a strategic advisor.
• Work closely with Consulting, Support, Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to address product issues, share best practices, and influence roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management or a similar role within enterprise software.
• Proven ability to improve gross and net revenue retention through value‑based engagement.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of influencing buying decisions and account growth.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
