About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our customer service team, providing high‑quality support in English across multiple communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering accurate product information, resolving inquiries promptly, and handling complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear and helpful information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or support needs, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure overall team success and maintain consistent service standards.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B1 level (no certification required).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Basic understanding of IT tools and customer service management systems.
- Sales experience is a plus.
