Customer Service Operations AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operations professional to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will provide high‑quality, real‑world input that shapes how AI models understand and respond to customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer service scenarios to generate detailed, actionable feedback for AI model training.
• Document findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
• Deliver contextually relevant input that supports continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service operations with a deep understanding of best practices.
