Customer Service Agent

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent you will handle inbound and outbound interactions with English‑speaking customers, delivering accurate information and a high‑quality service experience. You will support ACC’s bilingual campaigns for a U.S. client, advising customers on both non‑medical home care and skilled nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries in English via phone and chat.
• Provide clear guidance on in‑home care solutions, including personal, custodial, and skilled nursing services.
• Utilize internal tools to document interactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with quality, productivity, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage information accurately.
