Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for BairesDev’s clients and employees. Working fully remote, you will coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, visas and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and other services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language.
