Connections Media Specialist

About the role

The Connections Media Specialist will lead innovative media strategies that transform brand connections and drive business growth for a portfolio of brands. You will design and execute full‑funnel media plans, integrate digital transformation projects, and collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop disruptive media strategies and identify new content and creative opportunities.
• Optimize media investments to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency while monitoring ROI.
• Lead digital media and content strategy across social, paid, website and DTC platforms.
• Define and execute a 1‑year digital and data strategy for assigned brands.
• Drive data‑driven initiatives for audience development, acquisition and media optimization.
• Expand DTC performance through revenue growth, order generation, ROAS and CPA optimization.
• Manage media budget planning, control and execution, and coordinate agency teams.
• Produce weekly performance reports, consumer insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with the Draftline platform.
• Familiarity with BEES Trade platforms.
