Commercial Support Associate (Remote)

About the role

Valatam is seeking a Remote Commercial Support Associate to deliver top‑tier customer service and drive sales for a growing U.S. client. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, educate prospects, and convert qualified leads into booked services while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain services, procedures and solutions to potential customers, creating a positive experience.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand consistently.
• Convert qualified sales opportunities into booked services, meeting close‑rate targets.
• Follow established sales processes, contact‑center procedures and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Maintain reliable attendance in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, call‑center, customer success or business development.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• KPI‑driven, agile, coachable and able to work rotating 8‑hour shifts, including weekends.
