About the role
The Channel Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between our networking product portfolio and channel partners. You will enable partners and their sales engineers with product knowledge, sales tools, and hands‑on support to drive SME market growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training on networking products, solutions and marketing tools to sales teams and channel partners.
- Support partner sales engineers on independent SME projects, providing technical guidance and solution design.
- Create and localise sales and marketing collateral to aid partner outreach.
- Pilot and launch global marketing initiatives locally, analyse market response and adjust activation tactics.
- Lead new product introductions, conduct pilot tests, gather feedback and communicate requirements to product teams.
- Collaborate with sales and partners on solution design, proof‑of‑concepts and value delivery for major SME projects.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of network equipment and configuration.
- Excellent presentation and training abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish for daily communication.
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP or equivalent.
- Experience in marketing or technical enablement for SME networking partners is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
