Brand Head – Regional Marketing Leader

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Head to lead regional consumer demand across the Pacific Region. You will translate long‑term brand strategy into actionable marketing plans that drive profit, volume, and market share in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives across eight Pacific countries.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects from concept through launch and performance tracking.
• Analyse consumer and shopper insights to guide innovation and activation initiatives.
• Monitor sales, market share, competitive activity, and campaign effectiveness to optimise results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Innovation, Manufacturing and regional category teams to deliver integrated plans.
• Lead brand‑building investment and co‑own promotional and overhead budgets, ensuring ROI and financial discipline.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business administration, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, shopper activation, route‑to‑market and P&L management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a multicultural mindset.
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English for regional business conversations.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or similar market analytics tools.
