Bilingual Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing remote team. The role focuses on inbound and outbound lead handling, CRM management, and supporting the sales pipeline for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media, and follow up consistently.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and assist with negotiations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, HubSpot, or similar).
• Track lead activity, deal stages, and generate simple pipeline reports.
• Research prospects, identify new opportunities, and support targeted lead‑generation campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) with at least B2+ English proficiency.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Available to work during EST/PST business hours.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and independent remote‑working skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with communication tools (Zoom, Slack).
• Project‑task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Use of AI drafting tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar).
