About the role
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in Spanish and English. In this role you will provide high‑quality support to our customers across multiple channels, helping to resolve inquiries quickly while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Log interactions and track cases in the CRM system.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to customer retention efforts.
Required profile
- English proficiency between B1 and C1 level.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools.
- Team‑player with adaptability and fast learning ability.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
