Bilingual Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for a professional, results‑driven Bilingual Cold Caller to join our on‑site team in Quito. The role combines customer support with proactive sales outreach, ensuring prospects receive clear information and feel confident throughout the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized service.
• Follow up on previous quotes and inquiries to move prospects toward purchase.
• Assess individual needs and recommend tailored product options.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and close sales.
• Record all interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Make 60+ outbound calls per day to warm and hot leads.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales and cold calling.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Full‑time availability at our office on Av. Amazonas y Atahualpa, Quito.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ECU time.
