About the role

We are looking for an Ayudante de albañil to join our construction projects in Quito. The role involves supporting the building team with material preparation, structure assembly, and tool maintenance in a safe, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize construction materials.
• Assist in the assembly and erection of structural elements.
• Maintain and care for construction tools and equipment.
• Support tasks that may require working at heights.

Required profile

• Minimum primary education.
• Less than one year of experience in masonry or related construction work.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow precise instructions.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new construction techniques.

Required skills

• Basic masonry tool handling.
• Ability to work at heights.
