About the role
Kruger is looking for an Internal Communication Assistant to help strengthen employee engagement and promote the company culture. The position is full‑time, permanent and based on‑site in Quito, Ecuador.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute internal communication strategies that foster a sense of belonging.
- Coordinate communication calendars for internal campaigns, events and product launches.
- Create visually appealing content using Canva and Photoshop.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clear and effective messaging.
- Continuously develop professional skills through training and on‑the‑job learning.
Required profile
- Graduate in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of English (desired).
