About the role

The Commercial Advisor for Online Chat will provide fast, personalized, and high‑quality assistance to prospects contacting the organization through its chat channel. The role supports prospects throughout their decision‑making and enrollment process, contributing to commercial targets and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage chat interactions with prospects across all business lines.
• Provide clear and timely advice on academic offerings and admission procedures.
• Guide prospects through their decision and enrollment journey.
• Qualify prospects and hand them over to the closing team to maintain commercial continuity.
• Record and update interaction details in institutional systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and response‑time KPIs set by the department.
• Contribute to a service experience focused on prospect satisfaction.

Required profile

• Third‑level degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, commercial advising, or sales via digital, telephone, or face‑to‑face channels.
• Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous conversations.
• Experience with digital tools and management systems.
• Preferably experience in KPI‑driven environments such as education, services, retail, banking, telecom, or contact centers.
