About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruitment and Selection Analyst to ensure a fast, effective experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You will help attract talent that fits our culture and strategic goals while supporting a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job openings on portals and professional networks.
• Screen and pre‑select candidates according to defined profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and progress reports.
• Assist leaders in defining profiles, competencies, and follow‑up with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
• Propose improvements to recruitment tools and workflows.
• Participate in employer‑branding and talent‑attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience recruiting technology profiles (mandatory).
• Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
• Proactive, curious attitude with a willingness to learn.
