About the role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator to shape how Base360 appears on video across the web. You will turn our product into launch videos, ads and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of storytelling, motion design and cutting‑edge AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, ads, social clips and brand films.
• Use AI tools end‑to‑end (video, voice, image, music) such as Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney and emerging platforms.
• Animate and edit product demos, kinetic typography and transitions with motion‑design expertise.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build and ship quickly.
• Produce content for all formats: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel and iterate fast based on performance data.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying on the cutting edge.
• Strong visual taste – you know what feels premium versus cheap.
• Self‑directed and fast – you can turn a rough idea into a polished piece without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook attention in the first three seconds and keep viewers engaged.
