Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

Join FullStackFullStack's talent network as an Agentic Software Engineer, working remotely for U.S. clients on AI‑driven development projects. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to daily development activities.
• Use Google Antigravity to coordinate AI‑generated code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Design and implement AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback loops.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review and risk‑adjusted validation for critical flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Google Antigravity as a primary development environment.
• Proven track record delivering production software where AI generates most implementation code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to create AI‑friendly specifications.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a positive, can‑do attitude.
