Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) - Remote - Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely across Latin America. You will join a client’s existing development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers while leveraging GitHub Copilot as the primary development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to both frontend and backend initiatives.
• Use GitHub Copilot to generate and coordinate AI‑driven code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Design and implement AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback loops and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Maintain architectural oversight and ensure production‑ready quality for all deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot as a primary development tool.
• Proven ability to translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Strong background in Agile and Lean methodologies, with regular participation in team ceremonies.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and availability to work 40 hours per week.
