Agentic Software Engineer (Cursor) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in the Cursor AI development environment. This remote position serves U.S. clients, allowing you to work alongside their designers and engineers on innovative, AI‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use Cursor as the primary IDE to coordinate AI‑generated code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Deliver production‑ready software where AI produces the majority of implementation code.
• Design AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Conduct disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for critical flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain lean development practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using Cursor for AI‑driven implementation.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to produce reliable AI output.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a positive, can‑do attitude.
