Agentic Python Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Python Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI to accelerate development.
• Prompt, guide, review and validate AI‑generated code, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Design and implement code agents that automate engineering tasks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery of applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and handle complex, large‑scale systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and extreme ownership.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with Django, Flask or FastAPI frameworks.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
