Agentic Python Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Python Engineer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing development projects.
• Leverage AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding tasks.
• Prompt, guide, and review AI‑generated code, ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain code agents that automate engineering workflows.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate on large, complex systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with Python and its major frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take extreme ownership.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
