About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Agent who enjoys interacting with people and turning inquiries into enthusiastic brand advocates. Based in Guayaquil, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
