Ads Designer – Performance Marketing Creative

About the role

Axis Reach, the performance‑marketing division of AxisKey, is expanding its creative team in Quito. We are looking for an Ads Designer who will craft high‑impact static and video creatives for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn. The role blends visual design with strategic marketing insight to generate leads and drive conversions for financial‑services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing static and video ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital advertising platforms.
• Produce a high volume of ad assets while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.
• Apply creative‑strategy and consumer‑psychology principles to capture attention and communicate clear messages.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to align copy, messaging and visual design.
• Iterate and refresh creatives based on campaign performance data, audience behavior and advertising insights.
• Translate each client’s brand identity and guidelines into effective advertising assets for lead‑generation and financial‑services marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing static and video ads for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of how design and copy work together to improve campaign performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage high‑volume production.
• Attention to detail, brand consistency and compliance with financial‑services regulations.
