About the role
Toptal is seeking a mid‑level Account Manager to own a portfolio of small‑and‑medium business (SMB) accounts. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client business goals with Toptal’s talent solutions and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own growth, retention and success of a diverse SMB account portfolio.
- Develop and execute proactive account plans that match client objectives with Toptal services.
- Conduct regular, insight‑driven check‑ins to gather feedback, assess account health and uncover new challenges.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across business units and recommend relevant experts.
- Execute tailored outreach campaigns using Salesloft cadences to educate clients on the full range of services.
- Collaborate with Talent Operations, Delivery and other functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide ongoing guidance throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns with a client‑first mindset.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with a consultative, growth‑oriented mindset.
- Strong independent judgment and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent English; resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
- Willingness to work remotely without visa sponsorship.
