Account Manager

About the role

Numerator is reshaping market research by delivering actionable consumer intelligence to leading brands and retailers. We are seeking an Account Manager who combines strong analytical abilities with creative thinking to support our clients in making data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client portfolio through proactive business development.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to co‑create innovative solutions.
• Manage commercial performance against KPIs such as sales‑funnel metrics.
• Deliver high‑impact presentations that translate quantitative and attitudinal data into strategic insights.
• Lead or support direct and indirect teams, fostering collaboration.
• Oversee consumer panel operations and tailor research solutions to client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance evaluation and client management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with innovation, demand‑space, usage & attitude studies, FMCG trends, ad‑hoc research, and shopping‑behavior insights.
