Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the relationship with our e‑commerce clients and drive revenue through targeted marketing campaigns. You will act as the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring that email, SMS, pop‑up and automation flows are planned, executed and optimised.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, brief and monitor up to 40 marketing campaigns per month across email, SMS, pop‑ups and automated flows.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with each client’s revenue goals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing performance reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate copywriters, designers and junior account associates to deliver high‑quality creative assets on schedule.
• Analyse campaign performance data and suggest optimisation tactics to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure client expectations are met and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can translate client needs into actionable marketing plans.
• Experience working in a digital marketing or e‑commerce environment is preferred.
