Account Executive – Digital Advertising & PMP Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to lead the creation, management, and optimization of Private Marketplace Deals (PMPs) across SSP platforms. The role supports the Media Team in delivering high‑performing digital advertising campaigns while continuously improving performance and troubleshooting issues.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, optimize, and troubleshoot PMP deals on SSP platforms.
• Monitor delivery and performance, resolving any issues that arise.
• Support campaign performance optimization initiatives and collaborate with media team members and clients.
• Analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing learning of advertising technologies and programmatic tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (completed or in progress).
• 2‑3 years of experience in digital advertising or similar roles.
• Fluent English and a valid US work visa.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
