Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO)

About the role

Oowlish is seeking a Senior Solutions & Product Architect to join its leadership team as Deputy CTO. This client‑facing position blends product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership while working remotely with international clients from the United States and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients from day one to understand business needs and shape solutions.
• Define high‑level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.
• Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.
• Lead proposal creation, including business framing, product requirements, and technical approach.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor internal engineering teams.
• Help codify Oowlish’s playbooks to enable scalable growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience defining product requirements and MVPs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a future CTO or partner role.
