Remote Notion Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Notion Specialist to support an AI training initiative. The contractor will work daily within Notion to manage workflows, annotate data and optimise the platform for AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion each day to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organise and prepare content for AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and insights.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organisation.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organisational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
