Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing initiatives. This fully remote position will help shape the talent acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing technology services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profiles and assignment requirements.
• Partner with the recruiting team to source and identify suitable candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
