IT Application Manager – Americas (LATAM)

About the role

The IT Application Manager – Americas will oversee the lifecycle of IT applications across the LATAM region and later South America. Acting as the main liaison between government clients, business teams, and the India‑based delivery team, the role ensures application support, enhancements, compliance and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned applications in LATAM, expanding to South America.
• Coordinate Business‑As‑Usual operations, system upgrades and enhancements.
• Translate client government requirements into technical deliverables.
• Maintain high availability, reliability and performance of systems.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and support audits, security reviews and governance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Application Management or similar role.
• Experience managing enterprise applications across multi‑country environments.
• Prior experience with government clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, ITIL processes, change management and compliance standards.

• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred).
• Ticketing systems – ServiceNow, JIRA.
• Databases and system architecture concepts.
• System upgrade and migration management.
