iOS Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to join its fully remote development team. You will be responsible for building high‑quality mobile applications that integrate with cloud services and contribute throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain iOS applications for phones and smartwatches.
• Participate in the full product development cycle from ideation to delivery and support.
• Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with a fast‑moving team to produce clean code, crisp designs, and rapid releases.
• Help evolve processes, design mock‑ups, and prototypes to gather feedback.
• Share ideas constructively and listen to teammates.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated iOS development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Advanced algorithmic understanding and IT infrastructure awareness.
• Experience with agile methodologies and solid software‑engineering principles (SOLID, CLEAN code, design patterns).
• Proven ability to build applications from scratch, implement CI/CD pipelines, and write automated tests.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
