Technical Account Manager – Customer Success

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for its most strategic enterprise customers. You will help clients translate their process‑orchestration vision into measurable business value, guiding them from initial onboarding through large‑scale adoption of the Camunda platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to design and execute tailored technical adoption plans.
• Conduct deep‑dive technical reviews of platform architecture and integration points.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and ongoing support to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Advise customers on modern AI‑enabled automation patterns, including LLM‑based workflows, intelligent decisioning, and secure AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal TAMs and product teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong background in enterprise‑level software adoption and technical consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams and driving customer success.
