Supply Chain & Procurement Lead (Key User / Local Process Owner)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for deploying the Plan‑Source‑Deliver processes in Ecuador using the global SAP S/4HANA template. The role ensures alignment with local legal, fiscal and operational requirements while supporting a stable go‑live and day‑2 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local process owner for Supply Chain and Procurement, guaranteeing fit‑to‑local, testing discipline and rapid issue resolution.
• Validate the global SAP template against local processes, document gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Map and embed local legal, fiscal, customs and operational requirements into process design and master data.
• Own end‑to‑end readiness for stock build, logistics, risk mitigation and operational contingencies.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across full scenarios, ensuring high‑quality execution and defect management.
• Co‑lead cutover preparation and execution, covering master data, inventory, contracts and communications.
• Provide first‑line functional support during go‑live and hypercare, prioritising incidents and driving user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain and procurement process ownership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing and cutover activities.
• Understanding of Ecuadorian legal, fiscal and customs regulations as they relate to supply chain.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage end‑to‑end project readiness.
