About the role
The Senior Consultant Pre‑Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. This role provides pre‑sales technical support for the design, development, and implementation of complex products and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer systems and product requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and configure complex solutions.
- Manage large pre‑sales projects with limited oversight.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, reviewing their work and delegating tasks.
- Influence internal policies, practices, and procedures related to solution delivery.
Required profile
- Recognized subject‑matter expert with deep knowledge in pre‑sales engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar pre‑sales role.
- Four‑year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and solve difficult problems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience coaching junior staff.
