Senior Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join FullStack’s talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on AI‑driven SaaS and workflow automation platforms. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to end‑to‑end product design initiatives.
• Design high‑fidelity UI components, prototypes and interaction flows using Figma.
• Develop and maintain component libraries, variables and auto‑layout systems for efficient handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and continuous delivery.
• Apply AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate design workflows.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS, workflow automation or complex platform projects.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility.
• Experience working in agile / scrum environments alongside product managers and engineers.
