Senior Account Manager – LATAM (Hybrid, Quito)

About the role

Devsu is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships across LATAM. You will act as the trusted advisor for our enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and shaping business strategies through high‑stakes RFP processes and long‑term relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship for assigned strategic accounts and develop an account growth plan.
• Be physically present at client sites multiple days per month while balancing remote strategic work.
• Identify new opportunities early, ensure Devsu is invited to relevant RFPs, and improve proposal quality and win rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle and senior client leadership, including internal champions.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to translate client needs into compelling commercial proposals.
• Qualify and prioritize inbound LATAM leads, supporting the growth team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes and ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work both on‑site with clients and remotely for strategic planning.
