Robot Reliability Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Robot Reliability Engineer you will ensure the high availability and performance of real‑time vehicle systems used in robotic platforms. You will design and maintain the tools and infrastructure needed to diagnose and resolve complex hardware‑software issues at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Support and debug real‑time vehicle systems to maintain operational reliability.
• Build and maintain diagnostic tools and infrastructure for large‑scale issue identification.
• Design and run reliability experiments using physical test benches and 3D visualization tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design and prevent recurring failures.
• Conduct deep‑dive root‑cause analysis on failures in Linux and real‑time environments.
• Develop automated monitoring and recovery solutions to minimize fleet downtime.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to support and debug real‑time vehicle systems and Linux environments.
• Strong background in building tools and infrastructure for hardware‑software diagnostics at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D visualization tools and physical test bench setups.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
