Project Leader

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Leader to drive strategic technology initiatives that enable business transformation. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and remove blockers, facilitate workshops, and support teams in achieving objectives.
• Monitor project health indicators, risks, costs, and progress, providing regular status updates.
• Contribute to solution analysis and planning with a strong business and operational mindset.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management using Agile, Scrum, Kanban or PMP‑style frameworks.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing project metrics, budgets, timelines, and team coordination.
• Advanced or intermediate English proficiency, depending on seniority.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or Planner.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery models).
• Project planning, reporting and project‑health management practices.
• Knowledge of business processes, operational workflows and change management.
