Functional Consultant - Oracle

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). The role will support the implementation program through critical testing phases and act as a subject‑matter expert to ensure best practices across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and ERP integration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical, functional and accounting guidance on Oracle FCC and PBCS solutions.
• Support the program during Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Review and validate integration builds to ensure quality, alignment with EPM standards and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map interrelationships between EPM modules and ERP systems.
• Serve as an additional subject‑matter expert, promoting EPM leading practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting with hands‑on experience in Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven ability to work in complex testing environments and manage integration validation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
