FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented FP&A Analyst to support our diverse portfolio of SaaS, CPG and hospitality clients. The role involves delivering high‑quality forecasting, modeling and insights that drive real business decisions for founders and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise three‑statement financial models to support client forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Partner with the team on monthly close processes, providing variance analysis and highlighting key performance insights.
• Review, improve and standardise existing FP&A processes and KPI dashboards across clients.
• Transform raw financial and operational data into clear, actionable reports for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, owning forecasting and modeling cycles.
• Expert‑level Excel skills with ability to manipulate large data sets and ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with SaaS, CPG or Hospitality industries is a strong plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks or QBO is a plus.
• Availability 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday‑Friday, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Works as an independent contractor.
