Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position lets you work from anywhere while supporting a diverse, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel‑related processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
