About the role
Kyndryl is seeking a Consult Partner to lead multi‑disciplinary consulting engagements for its largest accounts. The role sits at the intersection of business and IT, working directly with C‑suite executives to shape and execute strategic change agendas.
Key responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by meeting signings, revenue, margin, and backlog targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities, including scoping and fee negotiation.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with CXO‑level clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead C‑level client interactions, consulting initiatives, and delivery of complex engagements.
- Enhance client satisfaction measured by NPS and secure client references.
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets while overseeing delivery quality.
- Foster talent development, innovation, and high‑performance culture within the team.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in consulting or professional services.
- Strong industry expertise and ability to influence CXO stakeholders.
- Experience managing pre‑ and post‑deal transaction environments and implementation planning.
- Focus on financial impact, utilization, and client outcomes.
