Solutions & Data Engineer – Specialist II (Hybrid)

About the role

ChildFund is looking for a hands‑on Solutions & Data Engineer (Specialist II) to build the technical foundations, standards, and delivery processes for data across the organization. The role will work within the Microsoft ecosystem and help prepare the organization for future AI‑driven solutions and agent‑based delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Establish data architecture, standards, and delivery processes aligned with the organization’s roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well‑governed solutions from analysis through design, build, testing, and release.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and integrations using Azure data engineering tools.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Power Platform to create AI‑assisted workflows.
• Design and support agent‑based workflows that improve delivery speed, consistency, and auditability.

Required profile

• Strong software‑engineering discipline with a practical problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
