About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven Revenue Manager to shape pricing strategy and boost profitability across our portfolio. The role blends deep analytical work with strategic decision‑making, turning market insights into concrete revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue‑management strategies to maximise performance and profitability.
- Analyse market trends, demand patterns, competitor positioning and pricing opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs, produce regular revenue and forecasting reports, and track performance metrics.
- Optimise pricing, occupancy/utilisation and inventory strategies.
- Identify revenue‑growth opportunities and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing and leadership teams.
- Build and maintain forecasting models and reporting dashboards.
- Support budgeting and long‑term revenue planning.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, revenue operations or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Reporting tools and BI platforms.
- Experience with large datasets and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with revenue‑management software, PMS, CRM or forecasting platforms (nice to have).
