IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional IT Recruiter and launch your talent‑acquisition career in a global tech environment. You will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT positions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
