Full Stack Developer Digital

About the role

The Full Stack Digital Developer will design, develop, and enhance modern digital applications that support Best Doctors Insurance’s digital transformation. This hybrid position focuses on front‑end ownership while also contributing to back‑end services within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end applications using React and Kendo UI.
• Build cross‑platform mobile and desktop apps with .NET MAUI for Android, iOS, and Windows.
• Develop backend services and business logic using C# on .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs to support front‑end, mobile, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Operations, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Support modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy .NET systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably full‑stack or front‑end focused.
• Hands‑on experience delivering production‑grade applications in a Microsoft‑based environment.
• Experience maintaining legacy .NET Framework applications while contributing to modern .NET solutions.
