Financial Planning Specialist

About the role

As a Financial Planning Specialist you will lead forecasting, budgeting and long‑term strategic planning for a group of countries. You will act as a key business partner, providing insights that drive commercial decisions, operational excellence and sustainable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Deliver performance insights on volume, net sales, operating profit, cash and working capital.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Logistics to improve profitability.
• Support business cases, pricing strategies and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and monthly performance packs for leadership.
• Drive process improvements, automation and best‑in‑class financial reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.
