Agentic Software Engineer (Cursor) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in the Cursor development environment to join its talent network. You will work remotely with U.S. clients, integrating directly into their product teams and collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to full‑stack projects using Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js, and Cursor.
• Coordinate AI‑driven implementation across large, multi‑file codebases while maintaining architectural oversight.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and iterate on AI‑generated code.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review practices for high‑impact or safety‑critical features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous, remote collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and experience with Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js.
• Extensive use of Cursor as the primary development environment.
• Proven track record delivering production software where AI generates most implementation code.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely with a positive, can‑do attitude.
